Tasks
Management and further development of key accounts in the DACH region
Exploration of new markets and identification of sales potential
Establishment of strategic partnerships and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
Independent execution of annual meetings as well as terms and framework agreement negotiations
Close collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and purchasing to ensure successful product placement
Preparation of detailed calculations and conducting negotiations
Analysis of sales figures, monitoring of relevant KPIs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification
Initial professional experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the beauty or consumer goods industry
Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and a keen sense for customer needs
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
