Ensuring product availability through optimal stock levels
Holistic international supplier management
Demand planning and forecast creation
Operational purchasing
Production planning for filling processes with external manufacturing partners
Monitoring and compliance with cosmetics-specific regulatory requirements in the supply chain (e.g. EU Cosmetics Regulation)
Close collaboration with internal departments such as Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration or a commercial apprenticeship
Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and a business-oriented mindset
Experience working as an interface between customers, sales, IT, and service providers
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
A self-reliant, results- and customer-oriented working style is expected
